American Idol alum David Archuleta hangs ten with holiday-themed Stitch at the taping of the Walt Disney World Christmas Parade in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

The 17-year-old “Crush” crooner dished his fave hit songs of 2008 to MTV. He shared, “One of the biggest songs of the year for me was definitely ‘I’m Yours’ by Jason Mraz … you gotta love that song. I mean, who doesn’t? If you don’t there’s something wrong going on. It’s an awesome song.”

David will be co-hosting the Christmas Parade alongside Ryan Seacrest, Regis Philbin, Kelly Ripa and Matt Dallas. Be sure to tune into ABC on Thursday, Christmas Day to watch to watch when Miley Cyrus, Corbin Bleu and The Jonas Brothers take the stage, singing your favorite holiday classics.

David was at Disney’s World Christmas Parade, unfortunately there was only one HQ picture I was able to find But maybe there will be more later! Here’s a nice little interview of David on E News from earlier this evening. He’s on the set of AOL Sessions where he performed 5 songs live from the album which they’ll put up sometime this week.

Hey guys, if you’re in the LA area, David will be performing at the Holiday of Hope Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Hollywood & Highland Center , on December 6th. It’s a free event but if you donate $100 or more to One Heartland which is a organization committed to improving the lives of children impacted by HIV/AIDS, you’ll be admitted to a VIP Pre-Reception which will include a private performance by David.

You can purchase your vip ticket here at One Heart’s site under news and events-Holiday of Hope.Also don’t forget to watch the American Music Awards tomorrow at 8 PM. David will be presenting an award. 7 PM for the Red Carpet Arrivals (David might be on there).

Update: An interview with David during the rehearsal’s has posted on ABC’s site, which you can see here.. He’s a little nervous about presenting but excited for the show.

David was on the Bonnie Hunt show today and it was a very fun interview. David slid down a fire pole as his entrance, talks about the invisible children charity he supports and donates his shirt and bracelet to be auctioned off for cancer charities. So very self-less of him and like always, thinking of others. He also performed Crush (amazing) which you guys can check out in the videos below.

David was a guest on Spike Feresten’s show last night in a nice long half hour and entertaining interview about the album, what David won’t sign for a fan and silly rumors along with a few other funny stuff. David also performed Crush and was amazing as always.

Spike also posted a blog on his myspace about David and show and this is what he had to say:

But David Archuleta is the main guest. I swear it reminded me of the old tapes of Ed Sullivan when the Beatles were guests. He should of won Idol. There it is. The girls in the audience shrieked so loud my ear’s itched. Top to bottom, might be the best show of the year so far, so enjoy.
